New Job: Marketing Coordinator / Manager (Remote Working)

Role and Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Hot Dog Solutions Team. We’re looking for a Marketing coordinator or Manager, to work in our Affiliate Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Affiliate Marketing, as well as assisting the HDS CEO and members of the marketing and commercial teams.

We anticipate this new role will spend two – three days a week within the Affiliates team, supporting multiple client accounts with followups, reporting and other activities. While the rest of the week will be filled with other duties, and support for other team members.

The ideal candidate will consider themselves to be a digital native, with outstanding organizational and research skills. Full training will be given, however top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Past experience and proven abilities will determine whether you will be joining us as a Coordinator or a Manager. We are very open to all candidates – including those who may lack the experience, but show common sense / are willing to work hard to prove themselves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Affiliate Marketing to grow client accounts and deliver targets
  • Followup and liaise with key partners – both internal and external
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities as well as feed into new initiatives
  • Implement marketing plans across digital channels
  • Setup and report on activities in a client friendly fashion
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

The Ideal Candidate

  •     Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  •     Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
  •     Good digital understanding / past history of using CMS systems or working with affiliates.
  •     Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
  •     Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  •     Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  •     Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Photoshop (although graphics skills welcome – not essential)
